Privacy policy
This covers what happens to information you give us through this website. It does not cover data inside a GaragePilots installation — that sits on your own server and is governed by your licence agreement.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, mobile number, workshop name, city, the number of branches you run, the plan you are considering, and any message you add. Nothing else. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To call you back about the demo you asked for, and to prepare a quote. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, within seven working days.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count page views and which buttons get clicked, in aggregate, so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. It sets a small first-party analytics cookie to avoid counting the same visit twice — this site sets no advertising cookies, and Google Analytics is not used to track you across other websites or to identify you personally.
Asking us about your data
Write to sales@garagepilots.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. The controller of this information is GaragePilots.
